Privacy Policy

JT Calendar Scheduler helps hosts create booking links, manage availability, connect Google Calendar, and send booking-related email notifications. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how that data is used.

Information We Collect

We collect account information you provide, profile and scheduling settings, availability rules, event types, invitee booking details, meeting records, contact history, workflow settings, and operational logs needed to run and protect the service.

Google User Data

  • Google sign-in shares basic account information, such as your name and email address, so you can create and access your host workspace.
  • When you connect Google Calendar, JT Scheduler uses calendar access to list calendars, check busy events for availability, create booking events, update booking events, remove canceled booking events, and create Google Meet links when you choose that location type.
  • JT Scheduler stores calendar connection metadata, synced calendar names, selected conflict calendars, selected destination calendars, event identifiers, booking status, and safe sync error summaries. Google OAuth tokens are handled by the calendar connection provider and are not stored by this app.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, display and manage booking pages, calculate availability, avoid double booking, write calendar events when configured, send transactional emails, debug reliability issues, detect abuse, and improve the product.

Limited Use

  • Google user data is not sold.
  • Google user data is not used for advertising.
  • Google user data is not used to train generalized AI models.
  • Google user data is not shared with third parties except service providers needed to operate authentication, calendar connection, hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and security monitoring.

Data Sharing And Processors

We use infrastructure and service providers to operate the app, including hosting, database, authentication, calendar connection, email delivery, product analytics, and error monitoring providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide the service.

Retention And Deletion

Account and scheduling data is retained while your account is active or as needed for legitimate operational, security, legal, and backup purposes. You can disconnect Google Calendar from the app workspace and can request account or data deletion by contacting the support email listed on the OAuth consent screen.

Security

Secrets and calendar operations are handled server-side. The app uses access controls, environment-scoped credentials, provider-managed OAuth token handling for calendar connections, and monitoring to protect user data.

Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the support email listed on the Google OAuth consent screen for JT Calendar Scheduler.
